Oil Chemicals

1) Scale Inhibitor & Scale Dissolver
This type of advanced polymer has ability to prevent scale in oil pipes. Without this substance, the formation of scale in the pipe will occur and choke oil flow as it grows. Hence, this can lead to pipe rupture which bring material loss to the company and may cause explosion or fire.

2) Demulsifier-oil drilling site
This chemical has purpose to break emulsion between oil and water. This process is similar to purification of oil from water. Crude oil contains considerable water and minerals which need to be removed before refining process.

3) Corrosion Inhibitor
This product has ability to prevent corrosion in oil pipes. An occuring corrosion can result in higher pipe maintenance and probability of pipe rupture.

4) Biocide
Biocide is a strong anti-bacteria to avoid bacterial contamination in oil which may cause degradation of the organic material into H2S gas.

5) H2S Scavenger 
Hydrogen sulphide naturally take place in oil and gas industries. This gas can be as a result of degradation end product of bacteria. The gas is very dangerous, highly flamable, cause corrosion. Addition of H2S scavenger material can capture this dangerous gas.

6) Antifoam-for oil drilling site
This product is added into oil and gas rotary drilling processes to prevent foam forming. The present of foam will reduce pump word and decrease in oil and gas productions.

7) Fuel & Diesel additives-increase octane rating
Special active ingredient as an additive for increasing octane rating in fuel and diesel.

8 ) pH buffer
These are chemicals as an additive for stabilizing pH condition.

9) Chelating Agent
Special product which can be added to dissolve several kinds of inorganic waste or metals in order to avoid deposition, scale or corrosion.

10) Cleaner
This is a general cleaner solution to wash hand, machinery and drilling equipments. This cleaner will not cause skin irritation and corrosion on metal.

11) Wax Dissolver
Wax sludge can cause clog in oil and gas pipes. Addition of this product will dissolve and destroy the wax resulting in smooth flow of oil or gas.

12) Pour Point Depressant
This product can be added to prohibit a formation of wax crystal which may choke pipes.
